Partnership Buy-In Pharmacist Position
Reed Collier is looking for a pharmacist who wants more out of life than just a job, but a career. Lifestyle, and ownership. This is a “Partnership Buy-In Pharmacist” position. We can work with the right candidate on financing and the buy-in schedule. As such, compensation is negotiable and we will work to make this your final pharmacy position.
If you want to just “lick and stick” for the rest of your career, this is not a position for you, we need a competent, relational business partner/pharmacist who is passionate for customer care.
The Reed Collier Drug Store has been providing “small-town pharmacy services” to a family of clients for over 68 years. Our pharmacy employees define stability and commitment to customer needs and values. Our employees have been with Reed Drug store for 15, and 32 years. The Reed Collier Drug store is location in a small rural community, in Pine Bluff Arkansas.
Pine Bluff is conveniently located in the mid-south region of Arkansas, and serves as the major trade center for the southeast portion of the state. With a population over 57,000, Pine Bluff has it all; a historic downtown district, outdoor recreation, attractions, a diverse manufacturing base and warm, friendly people. This location is a hunters/fisherman's paradise.
Reed Collier is more than just an independent small town pharmacy, we understand and anticipate our customers’ needs, which is a primary reason that we have developed a leading Diabetic Care Program that goes beyond drugs and counseling. In fact, we have the only fully active education program for self-management and we are a certified lab to perform HB1C and home BG tests. Our programs will be the models for all other pharmacies statewide. With a new easy-to-use comprehensive computer system, our pharmacists and dietitians have minimal paperwork, and can spend more time in-patient counseling. Other services we provide are Hypertension and high Cholesterol customer care.

Requirements;
PharmD or BS in Pharmacy
1-3 Years Pharmacy Experience
Arkansas Pharmacy License or have the ability to reciprocate
Desire to be a pharmacy owner operator
